The management at The Speckled Freckle Party Place checks every item before it is dispatched. We pride our selves on packing your order with care. However, should an item be faulty on arrival to you, we will happily replace or refund the cost of the item (not including delivery charges). The customer is responsible for returning the faulty item and it must be in the condition it was when it was received. Faulty goods must be returned to The Speckled Freckle Party Place within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be pre-arranged with management prior to return.

If you wish to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, it is the consumer's responsibility to pay for the freight and handling charges incurred. The goods we receive back must be in the original condition, unopened and unused and must be received within 14 days. Please contact us prior to returning any items. Proof of purchase will be required. Items may be exchanged for anything of the same value that is sold by The Speckled Freckle Party Place (excluding sale items), or in exchange for a credit note to the value of the item.

Credit notes are valid for 3 months. The Speckled Freckle Party Place reserves the right not to exchange any sale items. All sale items are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage, freight or courier costs incurred.
